At Chiraaq, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 21-day return and exchange window for all items purchased online and in-store, with the following exceptions and conditions.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Items with pilling, stains, markings, or strong odors (smoke, perfume, detergent, etc.) will not be accepted.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied at our discretion.

Warranty Exclusions

Our 21-day warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Eligible returns will receive online store credit only, issued to the email associated with your order.
  • Store credit, coupon codes, and gift cards are:
    • Valid for 3 months from the date of issue
    • Redeemable in a single transaction (unused balances will not carry forward)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, an incorrect product, or your order is missing an item:

  • Please contact our Support Team at support@chiraaq.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Return Shipping & Store Locations

  • We offer FREE returns and exchanges within Sri Lanka through domex

Returns on Sale Items

  • Items discounted 20% or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items discounted less than 20% may be returned or exchanged within 21 days, provided they meet all return conditions.
